All meditation is to be focused on the Word of God, scriptures or passages within the Bible and as Psalm 1:1-3 perfectly says, “How blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked, Nor stand in the path of sinners, Nor sit in the seat of scoffers! But his delight is in the law of the Lord, And in His law he meditates day and night. He will be like a tree firmly planted by streams of water, Which yields its fruit in its season And its leaf does not wither; And in whatever he does, he prospers.” In a loud and busy world, sometimes we simply cannot get peace and quiet in an audible sense.
God provides the peace and sometimes headphones and music like this can produce the audible quiet needed for focus by drowning out ALL outside noise completely. We have great feedback results with doctors, EMDR, Biofeedback Therapists, Psychologists and many pastors and brothers and sisters in Christ alike. The Word of God holds the healing power, please don’t ever let someone pass along false teachings of “Sound Healing”, only God does healings at His own will.
There is no condemnation in Christ Jesus and ALL our works are to glorify God and to point to the creator of heaven and earth and ALL of us who welcomes back every lost sheep who repents and trusts in Him alone.
