ASCAP ROCKS! NEW Christian Outreach Project released, ‘Orquestra Antiga De Meditação’ by Lucia Cimins and Brian Cimins with Meditation Orchestra

Back in 2010, while researching the benefits of supposed “sound healing”, our family started sampling and playing new musical instruments.

We came across these “crystal singing bowls” and after practicing, Lucia and the kids performed and we recorded with 3 microphones to “studio record” ALL of the bowls playing at once and individually, plus just have a little fun. A few months later, I added this recording as a Bonus Track to an Buddhist Monks and “spiritual seekers” outreach to introduce the gospel of Jesus Christ.  Hundreds and sometimes thousands of people worldwide started downloading our music, “borrowing” it for YouTube projects and other flattering usages.  At the same time, we also started our venture into singles and albums consumer direct marketing and promotional campaigns on all social media mediums, but found YouTube to be one of the best platforms for millions of amazing listeners for free.  We made 1000 times more from people stealing our spoken word and music compared and monetizing to how many people ever bought one album or single. Why?  Because we claimed nearly 100,000,000 videos with more than 1 Billion views with 100 tracks we created…we were BLOWN away at how many videos were using our “Meditation Music”.

Back in March of 2019, our main “Your Strategy Coach” YouTube channel receiving millions of views per month and just 2,200 subscribers, sharing positive messages, projects, charities and even home movies that was sending me 5-10 business coaching clients per month was gone.  We have reached out to YouTube without response and fully support The President’s Anti-Censorship pursuits against digital giants such as Google, Twitter and Facebook.

Our audio and visual productions of videos of speeches, poetry or sound work never received the Lionshare of views on YouTube.  In fact, some very well known producers of Motivational and Inspirational video channels all started sampling.  Others would create AMAZING visual representations to express visually what we wrote or produced.  It was flattering, but there were YouTube channels generating $10,000+ per month on using our work without even acknowledging the author or producer. Frustrating and perplexing…so rather than complain, we sought out to solve the “audio theft” problem of the music industry…and CRUSHED IT!

It taught us some challenging lessons, realizations of potential millions in stolen usage, but without the knowledge of our artist rights, we wouldn’t have ever generated a dime.  We learned the lesson through the struggle, ALL THE GLORY TO GOD for my knowledge of music production, artist management and copyright law were able to generate and recover nearly ALL monetized views and usage worldwide.

We learned through great trials and tribulations including the theft of our original works “More Was Never Enough” by some Muslim DJ from Texas to create EDM/Dance music for TikTok and Commercials all over Asia. There are many “DJs” doing this on YouTube and then selling internationally without ANY of the licensing rights or proper partnerships, it’s not the way.  Honesty, integrity, fair compensation and transparency are invaluable in business relationships and these business deals can never begin with theft.

I will say that my lesson for NOT protecting our music, turned me into Jerry Maguire for our 120 tracks and 20+ albums (and growing, see NEW RELEASE below) with 5 sources of revenue rather than 1-2 which the Tunecore’s of the world offered.  Several years went by and nothing, but once I became an ASCAP Artist and Management Label, we found literally millions of videos, views, plays and outright theft recovery and finally started getting paid!

Portugeuse-Tibetan-Singing-Bowls copyOne of the recent surprise blessings (all the glory to God) came in from ASCAP from “Orquestra Antiga De Meditação” recording used in Brazil on a Portuguese Health, Family and Fitness network television show!

Because of the amazing amount of comments, messages requesting to download the original tracks, we have re-released the original album in Portuguese with a copy of the Gospel of John which best explains “Jesus is the Word, the Word was with God and the Word was God”, our savior and redeemer.

Please consider any sales as direct support for our Christian Outreach campaigns.  We must trust that the Word of God converts souls as the Bible says, so sharing the Good News and Gospel of Jesus Christ with the World is what we were commanded to do.  If one person gets to hear the gospel in Brazil due to searching for our album from being featured on TV, all the glory to God.

Since we found that every single one of our tracks gets stolen and uploaded to millions of dark websites around the world, we always add the Gospel to nearly every album we release to ensure that even in their theft and assisting others to steal, God is glorified, hopefully they will ALL repent and trust in Him alone, for we have ALL sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. Seeking the lost requires us sometimes to leave the 99…

Listen, son: I am saying this as you lie asleep, one little paw crumpled under your cheek and the blond curls stickily wet on your damp forehead. I have stolen into your room alone. Just a few minutes ago, as I sat reading my paper in the library, a stifling wave of remorse swept over me. Guiltily I came to your bedside.
There are the things I was thinking, son: I had been cross to you. I scolded you as you were dressing for school because you gave your face merely a dab with a towel. I took you to task for not cleaning your shoes. I called out angrily when you threw some of your things on the floor.
At breakfast I found fault, too. You spilled things. You gulped down your food. You put your elbows on the table. You spread butter too thick on your bread. And as you started off to play and I made for my train, you turned and waved a hand and called, “Goodbye, Daddy!” and I frowned, and said in reply, “Hold your shoulders back!”
Then it began all over again in the late afternoon. As I came up the road I spied you, down on your knees, playing marbles. There were holes in your stockings. I humiliated you before your boyfriends by marching you ahead of me to the house. Stockings were expensive-and if you had to buy them you would be more careful! Imagine that, son, from a father!
youtube-father-forgetsDo you remember, later, when I was reading in the library, how you came in timidly, with a sort of hurt look in your eyes? When I glanced up over my paper, impatient at the interruption, you hesitated at the door. “What is it you want?” I snapped.
You said nothing, but ran across in one tempestuous plunge, and threw your arms around my neck and kissed me, and your small arms tightened with an affection that God had set blooming in your heart and which even neglect could not wither. And then you were gone, pattering up the stairs.
Well, son, it was shortly afterwards that my paper slipped from my hands and a terrible sickening fear came over me. What has habit been doing to me? The habit of finding fault, of reprimanding-this was my reward to you for being a boy. It was not that I did not love you; it was that I expected too much of youth. I was measuring you by the yardstick of my own years.
And there was so much that was good and fine and true in your character. The little heart of you was as big as the dawn itself over the wide hills. This was shown by your spontaneous impulse to rush in and kiss me good night. Nothing else matters tonight, son. I have come to your bedside in the darkness, and I have knelt there, ashamed!
It is feeble atonement; I know you would not understand these things if I told them to you during your waking hours. But tomorrow I will be a real daddy! I will chum with you, and suffer when you suffer, and laugh when you laugh. I will bite my tongue when impatient words come. I will keep saying as if it were a ritual: “He is nothing but a boy-a little boy!”
I am afraid I have visualized you as a man. Yet as I see you now, son, crumpled and weary in your cot, I see that you are still a baby. Yesterday you were in your mother’s arms, your head on her shoulder. I have asked too much, too much, yet given too little of myself. Promise me, as I teach you to have the manners of a man, that you will remind me how to have the loving spirit of a child.

My most important role in my life is being a father, role model and leader to my two amazing children, Logan and Kaylee.

I started watching them for 15 hours a day from 7:45 AM until 10:00 PM every day. Initially it was very challenging, because I was breaking the work-at-home workaholic cycle on top of figuring out what to do to add value to their lives.

I needed to “Dad-up” and realize that I needed to not just be in the same room as the kids, but truly be PRESENT in the moment and become more lovingly interactive with them. I realized that pressing play on NetFlix and letting the kids play video games for hours while you type away on the laptop isn’t truly being present with them and they notice.

I missed so much of their life with Grapplers Quest and I decided that I wanted to become a Super Dad.

I remember seeing Jungle Gym founder, Justin Garcia giving some tips and showing fun projects from his amazing Home Schooling Program due out soon (http://MasterChim.com) and I was inspired to set out to fill my new found time with the kids with activities to engage their hearts, minds, soul and spirit.

We started doing arts and crafts, learning Spanish, comic book drawing, practicing nightly meditation, learning the solar system, playing board and card games, star gazing with telescope on clear nights, “Super Hero Training” which is basic exercises with leadership skills and several other Life Skills development programs and several other FUN activities we do together. I even reward their good behavior with Family Inclusive Video Games like Beatles Rock Band nearly every evening – I’ll write about that another blog…all in all, I’m trying to be the Best Dad I can be. I love recommendations for fun things to do – please reply with any ideas.

NOW TO THE PHOTO…

“It’s not coming off!” I exclaimed.

The Red Stained hands in the main picture belong to my beautiful 3-year-old daughter, Kaylee Paige Cimins who slammed down a “Do-A-Dot” marker, breaking the felt tip and causing Red Ink to flow out of the marker. She had been told several times to not slam them down, so when she broke it, she started crying and proceeded to wipe RED INK all over her face too while trying to wipe away tears. She ran into the bathroom where I was giving my son a bath nearly exactly how the picture shows, except she was screaming and crying.

First, I thought she was bleeding and freaked out….who wouldn’t, she was dripping fresh red ink from her hands and face. Once I realized what occurred and that the Red was just Do-A-Dot Marker stained, I tried to clean the ink off. First I tried to clean off her hands with Trader Joe’s Next to Godliness Hand Soap which didn’t remove any ink at all. Unfortunately, then I tried to clean her hands with Dr. Bronner’s Magic Soaps Tea Tree Oil which removed only 15-20% of the color stains. AHHHH!!! What will I do???

ENTER MY SOLUTION —- Super Body Care’s Walnut Scrub

My daughter started crying again after Dr. Bronner soap barely did anything – she asked, “Daddy, are my hands going to be red forever?”. I calmed her down and promised her I would get it out.

Finally, I grabbed Cheri Heberling’s Super Body Care Walnut Scrub and within seconds of calmly scrubbing, the color came off…completely. She loves the smell, so she allowed me to gently scrub her face (around her sensitive skin of her eyes) as well, because she had wiped her face while crying her eyes looked like a prize fighter. It easily removed her Do-A-Dot eye makeup too.

Thank you Super Body Care for helping me look like a Super Dad to Kaylee. Check out Super Body Care products at: http://SuperBodyCare.com or purchase the Walnut Scrub directly here: http://superbodycare.com/shop/#!/~/product/category=1870672&id=8057839

Lyrics for KidsTV123 The Solar System Song Kids123TV Lyrics – Added Pluto and Nibiru

Hope and Love conquer allMy 4-year old son, Logan was diagnosed with a mild form of Autism known as “Cognitive Behavioral Disorder” at 23 months old. Needless to say, we were emotionally confused and a little devastated, it initially shook our world, but with the loving help, guidance and support of my brother, Paul Cimins and his organization Autism Rado (http://AutismDonation.org), we got Logan into the proper school program and Therapy system in another town and helped us avoid requiring to take medication (adderal) like the Wayne Public School Board Psychiatrist wanted and advised.

It’s 2 years later and his behavior has completely turned around for the positive. The proper diet, therapy at a New Private school outside of the Wayne Public School System and parent coaching tips I learned from Hope Saves The Day Autism Radio program really helped guide the way. Thank you Uncle Paul and http://AutismRadio.org

Certain videos and songs enchant Logan, make him calm, more focused and loving, The SOLAR SYSTEM Song by KidsTV123 is one of them.
The Lyrics were not written anywhere online, so Logan and I typed them out together, one line at a time, it was a VERY special experience…

I am the Sun.
I’m a burning ball of fire.
I’m very big indeed.
Life on earth depends on me.
I am the sun.

I am Mercury.
I’m the closest planet to the sun.
I’m a ball of iron — I have no moons.
I am Mercury.

I am Venus.
I’m the same size as the Earth
but I spin the other way and much more slowly.
I have no water — I am Venus.

I am the Earth.
The place where we all live.
There is land and lots of sea so I look blue.
I have a moon.
I am the Earth.

I am Mars.
I’m a rocky, red planet.
My mountains are the highest in our solar system.
I have 2 moons.
I am Mars.

I am Jupiter.
I’m a gas giant.
I’m the biggest and I spin the fastest.
I have the biggest moon.
I am Jupiter.

I am Saturn.
I’m a gas giant.
My rings are made of ice.
Titan is my biggest moon.
I am Saturn.

I am Uranus.
I’m an icy gas giant.
I’m the coldest planet in our solar system.
And I have rings made of dust.
I am Uranus.

I am Neptune.
I’m an icy gas giant.
I’m the farthest planet from the sun.
I have many storms.
I am Neptune.

***I am Pluto,
I’m the Closest Dwarf Planet,
Mostly made of rock and lots of ice,
I have four known moons,
I am Pluto

***I am Nibiru,
I’m also known as Planet X,
Zecharia Sitchin wrote about me,
I have Annunaki,
I am Nibiru.

We are The Solar System.
We are The Solar System.

Logan Signs my MacBook Pro and APPLE Fixes it FREE of Charge – Best Customer Service EVER by Brian Cimins

20110929-124302.jpg

Logan John woke up early today, school was cancelled for holiday and school meetings. I woke up at 7:18am to find marker everywhere Logan was this morning plus his nails and toes covered in Pink nail polish — ughh…but I kept my cool and didn’t yell. I fully controlled my emotions and frustration and just asked him why he did it. He replied, “Today was arts and crafts day at school, but there was no school. I wanted to color on the iPad, but it was dead. I’m sorry Dadda.”

So, I controlled my thoughts, I controlled my anger – I didn’t flip out. I tried to clean it with “Lens Wipes”, nothing. I just called Apple and scheduled a service drop-off. I had posted this to Facebook early in the morning. When I arrived and brought out the computer to show what Logan’s “John Hancock” on my 21″ laptop screen. One of the technicians mentioned that someone in corporate customer service was forwarded my story from Facebook and they wanted to show us APPLE is listening to their loyal customers.

It was amazing – I went from about to pay an $800 screen replacement (and just live with the Permanent marker on the outer shell) to paying $0 because APPLE is a very special company who will forever be a powerhouse and successful business with exemplary customer service coupled with high quality products. I will strive to be like APPLE always and will forever remember this day for the funny story with Logan and how it all played out. Try not to sweat the small stuff – even if I had to purchase a brand new $2,700 laptop replacement, at the end of my life, the amount of money I saved or spent during my life will not matter. It’s the special loving relationship we develop together as father and son. I broke my Dad’s $3,000 laptop screen at 20 years old and he barely yelled at me and I remember how much it cost to repair ($900). I tried to emulate my Dad – thank you father.

Logan, I forgive and love you, it’s a funny story now for us to share for many years.

Apple is amazing. Period.

With Love Always,
Brian/Dadda

My Angel, Kaylee Paige Cimins – Born May 28, 2009 by Brian Cimins, Proud Daddy

In the darkest days, my little Angel, Kaylee Paige can take it all away with a smile or laugh or even just a loving stare like the one above. Having a son has been amazing as well, but my relationship with Kaylee is something very special, I’m sure she’ll even help take care of me one day, if necessary, like all amazing daughters try to do. I hope to stay healthy and be alive and well to walk you down the aisle one day – NO RUSH…AT ALL :-), but, I want you to know that our song since you were born is Frank Sinatra’s “You Make Me Feel So Young”.

Love you baby girl – can’t wait until one day you read this and know how much of my heart you fill
