Ultimate Submission Rematch: Joe “Daddy” Stevenson vs. Kurt “Batman” Pellegrino Superfight, July 21 at 1PM in New Jersey Announced by Brian Cimins

Please listen to this interview and life strategy discussion with former UFC Fighters, Kurt “Batman” Pellegrino and Joe “Daddy” Stevenson who fought each other back in August 2007 to a decision-war, which could have gone either way. Kurt broke his hand on Joe’s face and Joe broke his nose – they are competitive and both submission grappling masters in their own right. We discuss some very important LIFE CYCLE discussions that need to happen for ALL FIGHTERS in their career.

On Saturday, July 21 at 1:00 PM in Morristown, New Jersey, they get to settle the score in a submission-only grappling superfight grudge rematch at the 2012 Grapplers Quest U.S. Nationals at the Mennen Arena. You're A Winner Before You Even Step on the Mat - Motivational Quote by Brian Cimins

You’re A Winner Before You Even Step on the Mat
– Brian Cimins

Pictured is Lloyd Irvin III, son of Master Lloyd Irvin (http://LloydIrvin.com) competing in his first submission tournament in grappling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at Grapplers Quest 2011 World Championships in Asbury Park, New Jersey, December 9, 2011.

These children athletes have re-inspired me to work harder every day, because they are challenging themselves in ways on the mat that will forever positively affect their lives! I’m honored and proud to be apart of their lives, even in just the smallest of ways.

Your Strategy Coach,
Brian J. Cimins

4-Year-Old, Logan John Cimins performs LIVE with Grammy Award Winner, ‘Debbie and Friends’

Garden City, New York – On Saturday, February 11, 2012, Grammy winning children’s music band, “Debbie and Friends” led by Debbie Cavalier performed in front of a sold out crowd at the Long Island Children’s Museum including some of their humorous, entertaining and enchanting renditions of “Cinderella”, “Goldilocks and the Three Bears”, “Little Red Riding Hood” and Anti-Bully song, “Walk Away”. Just last year, “Walk Away” on the anti-bullying compilation called “All About Bullies Big And Small” officially won the Grammy in 2011 for “Best Children’s Album”.

Performances are being schedule nationwide – check out the 2012 tour here: http://debbieandfriends.net/shows.php

My 4-Year-Old, Logan John Cimins of Wayne, New Jersey had “auditioned” via YouTube a few weeks ago here:

In the middle of the live performance, Debbie invited Logan Cimins to come up on stage and perform one of his favorite songs, “I Gotta Laugh Inside of Me” live in front of the sold-out crowd…it was a moment we will forever keep sacred in our minds and hearts – Thank you Debbie for helping change the world, ONE CHILD AT A TIME!

Here was his live performance with the 2012 Grammy Award Winning Band, DEBBIE AND FRIENDS:

My Way inspired by Louis Russo, My Pop by Brian Cimins

My pop, Louis Thomas Russo was very inspirational. He was a huge Frank Sinatra fan too. His favorite song My Way which talks about someone living the way they wanted to live, without regrets. He taught me to treat my co-workers with respect, but as a boss to always expect excellence.

My Pop passed away three years this October. I miss him every day, but realize how important it is to be a positive role model. I’ve made a lot of mistakes in life, but I’m trying every day to improve in every way.

One day, probably 20 years ago, Pop and I were driving on Ratzer Road, a large inclined hill in my hometown of Wayne, New Jersey. Going down the hill, you really pick up speed if you weren’t braking hard. Pop is driving in the middle of the two lanes going down the hill, foot off the brake. I asked him, “Pop, why aren’t you in your lane?”
He calmly responded, “Some people drive to the left, some to the right, but I like driving down the middle, make my own lane and enjoy the ride.” Wow…breaking the law or driving dangerously aside (lol), it always was “His Way”, in the best way possible.

We miss you Pop.

Please don’t turn your back on champions that lose – EVERYONE LOSES by Brian Cimins

“When you hate the Jiu Jitsu player (playa – lol), you are hating the game too – don’t be fickle fans like many other sports. Stand behind your favorite submission fighter for their heart, exciting style and courage to challenge themselves every chance they can. Sometimes, our champions will stand on top of the Grapplers Quest podium like it is Mount Olympus, sometimes they will walk off the mat, disappointed in defeat. But know this, once you are a Grapplers Quest champion, I’ll help pick you back up, inspire you, challenge you and once again, lead you to the top of the grappling world.”

CEO of Grapplers Quest Worldwide

CHALLENGE SUPERFIGHT – Pablo Popovitch vs. Davi Ramos – Florida – Grapplers Quest hosted by Brian Cimins – AUG 20 in Coral Springs, FL

HOLY SUPERFIGHT!!! Pablo Popovitch called me the day after Davi Ramos submitted Joao Assis and Jeff Monson at the 20th Grapplers Quest West Championships back in July. Pablo wanted to grapple Davi Ramos, Andre Galvao, Bill Cooper or anyone else on the World Class level to challenge him – DAVI RAMOS accepted.

Davi Ramos is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt under Master Cesar Guimaraes (AKA “Casquinha”) from the Top Brother academy, though he also fights for the prestigious Atos team. Already being named as one of the top BJJ competitors in his native Brazil, Davi Ramos solidified his career at an international level after submitting 6 of his 7 opponents at the Grapplers Quest competition (Las Vegas edition) in 2011, forcing the tap on big names such as Jeff Monson and Joao Assis.
